Please check the email on your account- this is the email send notifications to. Also, check your Spam folder and ensure support@usglobalmail.com is whitelisted as a contact in your email. If you don’t see the notification in your Spam, contact us for additional help.
- How quickly do you notify me when mail arrives?
We will notify you as soon as we receive an item for you. We process mail daily and don’t send it to any processing centers so our turnaround times are between 2-10 business hours, depending on your membership plan.
