A signed, completed and notarized Form 1583 is required per United States postal regulations for delivery by United States Postal Service (USPS). If you do not expect deliveries to your mailbox from USPS, this form is not required.

If you are unable to find a notary, you could get the form notarized online. Or email with a few times you are available and we can complete verification over webcam. Our office hours are from Monday-Friday, 9AM-6PM US Central Time.

Automatic Forwarding Shipment Scheduling

Account Details Close Account

We can have your account automatically closed on Sept. 8, 2020. This will not cost anything, and your account remains usable until then. Once your account is closed, mail that still arrives will be returned to sender.

Once your account is no longer current (on Sept. 8, 2020) your account will be marked as 'wind-down' and for two months it will remain usable so that you can ensure your bank, insurance, credit cards, etc all make it to you during the transition period. Once the two months of 'wind-down' have ended, mail which still arrives will be returned to sender.

The cost for this is $15 for the two months, plus any shipping costs you incur having mail sent to your new address.
