It all started...
with a small postal center opened over 12 years ago in the very metropolitan city of Houston. This postal center served (and still does!) expats and local customers with all their shipping and PO Box address needs. Soon customers moving overseas, but still wanting an address in the US, started asking if the postal center could help. And help we did!
US Global Mail was born from that need 10 years ago. Today it serves not just the expats but also international travellers who don't want a permanent home (or as we like to call them gypsy-souls!), international shoppers and small businesses looking to buy products from the US by providing them a local US address. From the ricktey table in the corner of the postal center, today we are in a highly secure, state of the art facility with real time monitoring of your mail and packages. What hasn't changed though is our committment to serving our customers and making them our priority. After all, we are here only because of you!

Meet our team
Randip Singh- CEO and President
Randip- an Engineer and an MBA - is responsible for everything about US Global Mail. He is most passionate about customer service and satisfaction.
Prior to US Global Mail, Randip worked for 12 years at the Houston based operations of a large Norwegian company, most recently as CFO. During Randip’s time there, he was able to witness first-hand the frustrations of expats with mail management issues. This played a significant role in his taking ownership of US Global Mail and further developing the company’s vision of providing seamless mail management services to people relocating overseas.
Randip lives in Houston with his wife and two young boys. He enjoys spending time with his family, travelling and adventure racing; and just recently started taking flying lessons.

Michael Sandford - Operations
Mike- a Masters in Computer Engineering- has worked at US Global Mail for the last 9 years and is responsible for developing the state-of-art technology and systems that has kept millions of pieces of mail flowing smoothly and seamlessly over the internet from around the world.
Mike lives in Houston and as an avid cyclist and dreams of cycling down to Florida from Houston to see a Florida Gators game. He is also very active in tx/rx labs, an educational non-profit.

Tashi Nibber - Marketing and Business Development
Tashi- armed with an MS in Computer Information Systems and an MBA in Marketing- is an entrepreneur at heart and is passionate about developing the services, markets and reach of USGM.
Prior to joining the team at USGM, Tashi has worked in management positions with a leading Media company in emerging markets; the largest Telecommunications company in the US and most recently as a CEO for a small consumer goods company, which she owned and grew over 300% in 6 years. She sold her company in 2011 and took a year off to read, snowboard, travel and spend time with her family.
Tashi is mom to two lively boys and believes Love cures All.
